fire eater.

Ladies and gentlemen, Karl Denson & the Greyboy Allstars!

Here's the Story of the Day from [storypeople.com]:
"Everything changed the day she figured out there was exactly enough time for the important things in her life."

Today will be brief, so that you may continue to jam out. My parents are always like your actions reflect your inward appearance. They want me to shower in the am, straighten up the house, not change from one pair of pjs to another, etc. I get it, they're right, and I'm not like this usually, well I won't be like this for long.

I am more than ready to get these damn lists of places to apply to out of my face, penciling in wedding fest 2008, and sitting online stuck on CareerBuilder, craigslist, and Monster-for the life of me. I know I have been cynical and Debbie Downer as of late, but I can't wait til March!

Things I am Looking Forward to:
  • My sewing class
  • Volunteering for Charleston Fashion Week
  • Breaking in my new golf kicks
  • Warm weather = dress season = the end of my mis-matching days = makes me WANT to go outside
  • a few Clemson Baseball tailgates
  • some killer shows and jammin out to crunchy tunes
  • St. Pats in Five Points
  • among other possibilities...including turning 23!
It just makes my February look wildly unproductive. Tonight I will be putting on my happy feet and heading down to the Daily Dose on JI. Crossing my fingers for something exciting to happen tonight. Actually, me going out is a pretty big deal these days.
